They were friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Lastly, the rooms on the first floor had full sea views, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the breakfast with a view of the sea. It was simply breathtaking and a great way to start the day.

The terrace overlooking the beach was a real treat, especially during breakfast served by Alessandro, Chiara, and Sorin. The hotel's staff truly made my stay special, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The customer service is exceptional, with staff like Sofija, Beatrice, Alessandro, Chiara, Sorin. The rooms may be small, but they have everything for a comfortable stay. The personnel, especially Sofia at the reception desk, is the best - friendly, nice, and outgoing. Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant are all available, along with the convenience of a free shuttle service. The hotel also provides flat-screen TVs and if any, a lift for easy access. The overall experience at this hotel was fantastic - a perfect choice for enjoying the beach and exploring the city.
